Split Vessel

This piece is overprinted on top of a print I didn’t like! An unusual move for me but it makes this piece fantastically chunky and textured and luscious – much more like a painting but printed nonetheless. It’s a piece that makes really good use of the fact it’s a monoprint – it would be impossible to make another like it. It’s on Japanese handmade Misumi paper and is 52x50cm on paper 63x59cm
